In case of customer dissatisfaction in any product or accessory purchased from SIAMGEMS Heritage, customers can return the product (in normal condition) under the following terms:
In case the return is made within 24 hours of purchase, SIAMGEMS Heritage will provide a full refund.
In case the return is made after 24 hours but within 30 days of purchase, SIAMGEMS Heritage will provide a refund minus 10% depreciation.
In case the return is made after 30 days but within 45 days of purchase, SIAMGEMS Heritage will provide a refund minus 20% depreciation.
In case of a credit card purchase, SIAMGEMS Heritage will charge the credit card payment fee at a rate instructed by the bank.
SIAMGEMS Heritage will provide a refund in the forms of either cash or bills of exchange within a period of 30 days. The refund is to be conducted in Thai Baht.
Should the customer find the refund process dissatisfactory, further support can be requested from the Jewel Fest Club (JFC).
